Baily Garner are an award-winning multi-disciplinary construction consultancy across a range of sectors including housing, education, health, care, blue light, commercial, regeneration and mixed use.
Prior to working with us, they already had a profiling tool in their business, however it was felt that it wasn't adding value and were looking for a more in-depth profiling tool.

As part of an ongoing leadership programme, they were interested to hear how the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, facilitated by People Powered Change to assist them to raise self-awareness and support their people managers lead and manage diverse teams, as well as how it could practically apply to their business, and continue to have relevance.

People Powered Change were introduced to Baily Garner with a view of replacing the old profiling tool with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Working with their senior leadership team we ran two introduction to Myers Briggs sessions. The first, focussed on "Understanding me" and used the MBTI tool and official questionnaire to help people understand their own preferences.
The second session focussed on "Understanding others" splitting the group by their preference pairs to really shine a light on how the different preferences gain energy, use information and make decisions. And how collectively this effects their business.
